SHE floats into the restaurant like a cool butterfly. Ina Paarman has presence. She is the Anna Wintour (editor-in-chief of Vogue) of the food world.
She has the scent of fresh peaches, her skin is cream. Don't be fooled by her soft eyes, though. Ina Paarman's motto is: “Keep going, keep it up, keep faith and keep your mouth shut!" Yet, despite those last words, she does not tolerate the loud table full of business people across from us.
