Mine is that I can taste something new and just like that, in the wink of an eye, I'm on a different trajectory.
Last week, a small group of our friends dined together. Koos Rossouw was the host and he presented a dish that made me forget about all my high ideals to eat myself skinny. I went to get seconds, and if it wasn't for the fact that decent is my middle name, I would have picked up a third plate.
